Is your name not in the list? It may either be one of the following:
1. We have not yet received
your application (please provide lead time for your documents to reach
us, especially if you are sending your documents via mail or courier.
There may be delays with the postal and courier services due to our
current situation);
2. Your document is under quarantine
(as part of our strict health protocols, all documents received,
included those submitted through the RO DropBox, are quarantined for at
least three [3] days before being handled by our processors); or

Please
note that we shall return your applications and all documentary
requirements attached therein via registered mail. Kindly wait for your
application from the post office before refiling with all your
documentary requirements, including your compliance as stated in the
disapproval letter.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: For those who will request for CnoE for the first time after approval of their eligibility, please note that you must PERSONALLY transact with us to request for your certificate. Authorized representative/s will not be honored.
