This page lists the application status for grant of eligibilities under special laws and issuances (SPELS) that are already processed. If your name is not in the list, it means that your application is yet to be processed. Kindly wait for your name to appear on the list and tagged as "for personal pickup at CSC RO" before proceeding to the CSC Regional Office V in Rawis, Legazpi City to claim your documents. For those outside Albay, we shall mail your documents to the CSC Field Office in your province (based on the address you have provided in the application form) once your application has been approved, and your transaction completed. You shall be required to PERSONALLY appear at the CSC Field Office once they have communicated with you the availability of your documents.

1. We have not yet received your application (please provide lead time for your documents to reach us, especially if you are sending your documents via mail or courier. There may be delays with the postal and courier services due to our current situation);

2. Your document is being sanitized; or

3. It may be under PENDING status. To check if your application is under Pending status, click on the button below:

 

 

Was your application DISAPPROVED? Please note that we shall return your application and all documentary requirements attached therein via registered mail. Kindly wait for your application from the post office before refiling with all your documentary requirements, including your compliance as stated in the disapproval letter.
