CSC RO V STATUS OF APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL ELIGIBILITIES (SPELSTAT)

 

We regret to inform that due to the high volume of incoming, processing of SPELS applications takes longer than usual. Rest assured that we are doing our best to address your concerns.

This page lists the application status for grant of eligibilities under special laws and issuances (SPELS) that are already processed. Please be guided of the following status appearing in the list:

• APPROVED means that your application is already approved. If you submitted your requirements for the issuance of your Certification of Eligibility (CoE) and its authenticated copy, if any, we will proceed with the preparation of your CoE.   Not yet submitted the requirements to be issued a Certificate of Eligibility as reflected in the list? PLEASE BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION.
• FOR POSTING means that your application has already been evaluated but is still subject to review of the authorized signatories.

Is your name not in the list?
It may either be one of the following:

1.It may be under PENDING status due to lacking documentary requirements. To check if your application is under Pending status, click on the button below:  

 

 

2. We already received your documents at the RO but is STILL ON QUEUE FOR PROCESSING. Be advised that we are currently receiving high number of applications and we process according to date received. You may check this LINK where all incoming documents, including application for SPELS are listed.

3 We have not yet received your application (please provide lead time for your documents to reach us if you submitted via the CSC Field Office).

Release of your documents

Kindly refer to the status of your request as appearing in the LINK before personally proceeding to CSC Regional Office V in Rawis, Legazpi City or to the CSC Field Office concerned to claim your documents.

For those outside Albay, we shall release your documents in the CSC Regional Office (RO) or Field Office (FO) as indicated in your ERRF once your application is approved and your transaction completed. You shall be required to personally appear at the CSC FO once they have communicated with you the availability of your documents.

Was your application DISAPPROVED?

Please note that should you fail to comply with the required documents or if upon evaluation, we found out that you are not qualified, we shall return your application and all documentary requirements thru the CSC RO or FO concerned. You may resubmit your application including your compliance, if applicable, as stated in the disapproval letter.
